Common questions
How do I send the elevator?
Tap passengers below to board them, then tap GO! Account for total weight, luggage and the floor's rules. Tapping someone in the cabin can remove them or change their side on balance floors.
How do I change the language?
At first launch, the game selects Russian or English from the iPhone language. You can choose a language manually in the game settings; that choice stays on the device.
Where is my progress saved?
On the device. Settings include Save to file and Load from file. Export a backup to Files before deleting the game. There is no automatic synchronization through our own server.
Can I play offline?
Core modes, saves and hints work without internet.
How do hints work?
Hints are free in the ad-free release. A three-star clear still requires finishing without hints.
Privacy and earlier test builds
Settings → Data and privacy includes our policy and support contact. The policy opens in your external browser. Read the current privacy policy. Earlier advertising-enabled TestFlight builds 13–16 are covered by the separately linked archive, not the current ad-free release.
